Day 4 - Castles to Cottages

So yesterday we drove from London to the Cotswolds but first drove
by Buckingham Palace and these are some shots along the way.

This is actually Hyde Park - kind of like Central Park in NYC.
This is in the center of London.

Here is the best shot I could get of Buckingham Palace as we drove by.
It is magnificent.

What else do you eat in Europe for breakfast besides croissants???

This screenshot shows the map of where we are staying in the Cotswolds.

Starting to look a lot like what I always imagined English villages would look like.

This is the road to our cottage! Have to be careful for "wildlife!"

Arriving at the cottage and standing in awe.
It's so perfect.
It's so English.
Built in the 1600's, every inch and nook and cranny is filled with character.
We keep discovering new things every few minutes!

The faithful rental car that is getting us around these crazy, small English roads.

You can tell I am absolutely obsessed with all the windows in this cottage.
Each one is so magical.

These are some of the findings of our trip to the local market.
Had to get the lemon sherberts!

And our first meal was very romantic indeed.
Wine, flowers, candles...
Feeling a lot like we are on our second honeymoon.
Cannot believe we are actually celebrating
25 years!!!!
