Grandma's birthday

Hannah made this beautiful memorial for Danny. So very precious.

Can't put it down...

Finally got the book written by the daughter of my dear friend Sue, who died from cancer a couple years ago. I am inspired as a mom by her all over again.  I cannot put it down...

Flower Making

Friday would be Grandma Dustin's 76th birthday, so Danny and Hannah went to pick out some flowers that she would like so Hannah can make an arrangement for her grave.

Finished product.  Gorgeous.  I think these are going to look amazing by her headstone and be a great testament to Grandma's love of all things purple.

Picked this up today...a humorous  Colorado trinket for Ryan.

Today...

Danny left yesterday for Arizona, and this morning as I went to get ready I found this wonderful surprise hiding under my hand towel.  I was so surprised and sooooo blessed.  After all these years he still does things to spoil me.  

And the weather was absolutely perfect!  One of the best days ever here in Colorado - there was no breeze so the pond was like glass, and the temperature was perfect.

Today also I had so much joy and contentment as I watched Hannah create some more flowers.  That girl is so very talented...

Tonight Ryan and Hannah and I watched the first Presidential Debate.  All I can say is that this country is in trouble no matter who wins.
