Day 3 Warner Brothers

Well this was a day I have looked forward to for a very long time, and it did NOT disappoint.  After a scary drive out there (crazy roads and drivers) we arrived with three minutes to spare, and spent almost six hours touring the sets from all of the Harry Potter films.

We were so enthralled, and we got goose bumps from the start as they escorted us into the Great Hall, which looked exactly like in the films as they had it all set up.
You feel like you just stepped into Hogwarts.
Well, you actually did.

I think I took around 200 pictures - so bear with me as I post the top 25 or so!

It was truly incredible, and done well.
Disney quality.
And that's saying something!

Harry's bed!

 The potions classroom was incredible

Dumbledore's office was also a beautiful set

Loved the common room!!

 Hagrid's hut

Of course the Burrow was one of my FAVORITES

The forbidden forest was MASSIVE!! It was sooooo cool!!

 Danny enjoyed the Knight Bus

This was one of five houses built on set.  The original neighborhood got too challenging to film in so they ended up building the set.

 Gringotts bank vault

Diagon Alley was also something that just gave us chills.
It's just like the one in Universal, but knowing it was the original made
it so special.

The next four pictures are concept art I found cool.

And the very last thing you see is the scale model of the castle - it's actually about 40 ft. by 40 ft.
roughly, and was used for all the shots of flying over the castle, or anything really that had the castle in it.  It was STUNNING.
