Last night Danny and I drove an hour and forty minutes one way to meet our dear friends Chris and Tara for dinner. Yes, they could have come here or we could have gone to Phoenix, but there is the MOST AMAZING Mexican restaurant in a little town called Cave Creek. They have the world's best pollo fundido as well as the best margaritas!!
Worth the drive.
Arizona has vast variances in weather and temperature in short amounts of time or distance. During our drive the temperature ranged from 68 up to 93 and we saw sunshine, rainstorms and rainbows! All within minutes. The entire drive was interesting and beautiful.
