The big day is here! Time to boil the sap! My husband has single-handedly tapped every tree, gathered nearly every gallon of sap, and got up before dawn to start a fire and boil the sap. If we're lucky we will be done by 2am. Almost a full 20 hour job. So grateful for this man that I married...
