Jacob and Vanya came for a visit and we met them at El Encanto, a restaurant we have actually been going to for years and years! We used to meet our dear old friends the Daukas' there, and then we would just try to go whenever we passed through Phoenix.
This time we hadn't actually been there in a couple of years, so it was nice to go back.
The food was even better than I remember.
And the margaritas were even better.
Spring is in bloom everywhere now!
