Instantpot

Danny recently got me an instantpot, and I have been trying some new recipes in it.  

I have mostly made soups and stew, but this is my personal favorite.

In under 10 minutes of cooking time, you can make Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Chicken.

So good.

Pinterest is full of recipes to stock up on in the freezer.  Just pull them out, throw in some frozen chicken, and in 10 minutes you have a meal! 

Can't wait to try making a whole chicken and even some cheesecake!
