Today was a wonderful mothers day for me. I woke up to fresh baked cinnamon muffins and coffee. Then my daughter came in and handed me the most beautiful, encouraging letter any mom could ever imagine reading. I felt truly overwhelmed and it was only 10 a.m.!!
Later in the day we went to Monocacy Crossing for a special dinner. All six of us. I cherished each moment because I know this was rare, and who knows what the future holds.
The restaurant was giving free champagne to moms.

This was my dish. A fish I couldn't pronounce wrapped in filo dough and baked - it was melt-in-the-mouth delicious!!
